We walked in and waited in the for 15 min. They saw us standing there but the guy at the counter continued to talk to the cheif in back. Then he cane around the counter got a drink for the guys in back and still didnt even acknowledge us. After waiting for the whole 15 we finally said screw this and left and the workers didnt even turn around when they heard us open the door. If you want to have a good experience at a los betos dont go to this location. The one in downtown caldwell has 10x better service! If i could have gave them no stars i would have.

First time here and NEVER going back again...
Terrible food, horrible customer service . Very extremely dirty tables, bathroom, can imagine the kitchen. Yuuk! Don't waste your money here!

:*CHILD WITH SUSPECTED FOOD POISONING* Our family ordered food around 4:00 today, started eating it at home around 10 minutes after we received it. Everything including meat was cold, cheese wasn't even melted, guacamole tasted like water, etc. We should have stopped there, but didn't have time to return to have the food replaced. My husband called the restaurant and informed them that we weren't looking for anything (refund) and didn't have time to go back there, but did want to let them know that our food wasn't good. The man he spoke with said the owner was out of town and the regular cook was sick, so there were part time employees "trying to figure out how to make the food". Fast forward to around 9:00 tonight, and our 6-year-old is violently and suddenly ill. My husband called the restaurant again a little after 10:00 to let them know that we suspected food poisoning, and that we had called earlier to inform them of the temperature and taste of the food being "off". The girl that answered the phone laughed at him, said he was lying and never called, nobody is sick, refused to give her name or the name of the owner, and that their regular cook is there so the first phone conversation never happened. Honestly, I don't think I have EVER left a negative review for a business, but this is just totally appalling. We will try to talk to the owner tomorrow and will be contacting the proper people (county/city health department?).

We used to love coming here but lately the service has been horrible. They ignored specific requests to our order and refused to fix the issue. Instead they made it sound like it was our fault for ordering different (all we asked was for the guacamole and sour cream on the side instead of smothered on top since our son doesn't care for those condiments). Rude people. I don't know if we will return. I'd rather spend my money at a business that prepares food how we ask. It's pretty simple.
