Stay away from this company!
Even though I paid my homeowner's insurance premium, via credit card, on the 6th, directly with their office on the phone, they still canceled my policy on the 15th! I didn't even know this had happened until I saw a refund on my cc stmt two weeks later. It took them 10 days, on the 16th, to snail mail me a letter-never once did they try to call me nor email me-to tell me I needed a new policy. Catherine Dixon is not interested in customer service whatsoever! She also lies as she told me on the phone, no problem she'd renew the policy I'd had for over 17 years. I've been a Farmer's customer for over 17 years. Their office just wanted me to write a new policy with them so they could charge me more $$. They sent me the new policy "quote" in the mail. They didn't contact me to save my old policy. I had no insurance for a couple weeks and they even notified my lender the policy was canceled which caused me all kinds of problems. Their office is a total scam! Don't fall for their initial promises like I did.
