They were SO helpful in getting me the care I needed to recover from my pneumonia. I had been suffering for days before going in until one night I coughed so hard I threw up and decided I was definitely getting looked at the next day. Checking in was quick and easy, and I was in and out in about half an hour with no appointment! What a blessing!

I received treatment here for a couple of dislocated toes. I first went to their new urgent care clinic on Karcher for the exam, x-rays and diagnosis. But no one there could or wanted to try to fix my toes. (Just like cracking your knuckles and had I known before would have seen my chiropractor) The people at the Karcher facility told me to go to their other Nampa facility as they would send the x-rays and exam findings. They specifically told me that since I had been seen at the Karcher office I would only be paying for the procedure ($600+). I asked when I got there how much it would cost. They had no idea or would not tell me. They had my records and x-ray and knew I was there for my toes. They knew exactly what was going to be done but still could not tell me the cost. Due to the pain and anxiety about going to yet another place and being told I would only be charged for the procedure to reduce the dislocations.....I had them do it. Felt much better after the treatment. But felt much worse when I get a bill for $1005 for the emergency room???? I called and explained what I was told and asked why I got this bill. I was told to write out the complaint and send it to Saint Alphfonsus for review. The reviewer told me.....too bad, you owe the $1005 ER visit.
If you ever need to go here just plan on giving them a blank check.....better yet, go someplace else.
