Its clean and has fast, polite service. However, they were out of tea and would brew more even though the store didn't close for another 3 hours. Strange, but not a bad experience.

The staff is really nice, though. Love Jim and Mahani. I usually just get coffee or an occasional order of hash browns/fries, but the staff remembers how I like my coffee and make an effort to remember things about me as an actual human. I don't even go in there very often, because it's almost always swamped with tourists, which makes the staff's engagement even more impressive. Four stars only because of them.

Fast and friendly service. Khalil was my cashier and he calmly explained all the deals for me and the 5 kids I was with! Seating outside And bathrooms were clean ... Although it looked like some orders were getting mixed up, the employees were all working together. Plus the offer a 25% MILITARY DISCOUNT for in uniform members.

Nice staff & fast service. Yesterday, I finally tried the Caramel Frappe, and way better than Starbucks and of course cheaper. Great job McDonald's, you just won another reg costumer but only for your coffee. I hope one day consider to add a vegetarian/vegan option. Also app coupons are great.

Perhaps some of the reviewers have forgotten that this is McDonald's, a FAST FOOD restaurant. This is the number one McDonald's here in the state of California! I don't care what anyone says. James, one of the managers is by far one of the most amazing managers any company could have. From every sandwich cooked and made, every french fry fried to every milk shake and frappe made. Bobby, the new cook is amazing and always has a smile on his face. The other cook, who I call Mr. Sunshine that is usually there in the evenings is also an amazing cook and also has a very pleasant smile and a golden heart. AMAZING employees work here and almost every one of them greet you with a smile when you walk in or when they are helping you. My daughter's and I have visited this McDonald's many times and we have been in this McDonald's from opening to closing and we have LOVED each and EVERY visit. Thank you for creating such an AMAZING environment at a FAST FOOD restaurant that my daughter's and I can enjoy together as a family! YOU ARE ALL OUTSTANDING!!
