I get a sense from the office culture and Admin team that their "Why" for what they do and how they do it goes beyond helping families find care solutions. It's clear the office team takes great pride in recruiting the best and the brightest caregivers. As well as creating a work environment that encourages compassion, empathy and selflessness in support of providing the best in-home care on the Central Coast.

Victorian Home Care is an amazing agency that really cares about their clients and caregivers. The company makes sure that our caregivers are trained properly, feel comfortable and have all their questions answered before arriving to take care of our clients. They emphasize providing empathetic care to our clients and the important responsibility they have in caring for others. I have been provided with so much support as an employee. You can reach out to anyone in the company when you have questions or need help with anything. The genuine and caring attitude Victorian Home Care has shows in everything they do and I am so happy to be a part of this company!
