Our non-profit has always been treated well by Ryan, Patt and now, Jessica. We've been using them for 6 years and couldn't be happier at their level of customer service, specifically because they have put in a lot of work to get us add'l services/coverage at no cost, or very little cost, to us. They didn't ask me to write this- but just today, again, we were given great service and it's about time they get publicly recognized for it. I trust them 100% and they've always been honest and upfront with me.

Can't buy insurance from a company that doesn't answer the phone, I called twice and the phone system hung up on me. Email link on website doesn't work. I'm writing this review for the purposes of informing the business.
