My experience here has been great. The doctors and nurses are kind and they do a good job being doctors and nurses. Sure the wait is long if you don't have an appointment so you're better off making an appointment. My California health alliance card works here and I am grateful for the medical care I receive here. I wrote a 4 star review originally and then got a call from the manager thanking me for writing the review. Katy said they want to improve their online reputation and that they are expanding the clinic to improve wait time.
It was very kind of her to call me and reiterate how much they care about the quality of service they are providing. Can't beat that.

Absolutely horrible experience. We arrived first thing in the morning. I signed my daughter in and took her to the bathroom. It was filthy, and had obviously not been cleaned from the previous day or longer. There was no soap in the dispenser, which is unacceptable in a medical facility. When we returned to the front desk I was told the computer system was down so we would have to fill out all the paperwork by hand, again. I completed the paperwork and was then informed that there was not a doctor available to see my 4-year-old. Complete waste of time. Utterly incompetent staff and the place was filthy.

Everyone was friendly and respectful and helped me immensely when I had the flu. They were efficient with everyone who was there.

I have to say it.... I was disappointed. I had called the day before needing my MRI results the receptionist said I could come in and the Doctor would be able to go over he results with me. She said it would only take a few min. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED, she said.
I show up the next day on my lunch, since she said it would only take a few minutes. She gives me my results and says to me "Do you need to see the Doctor?" I look at her and want to punch her in the neck. "I just spoke with you yesterday and it says on the second page to speak with a Doctor." She rolled her eyes. She actually rolled her eyes. She tells me it will be a few minutes....
I take a seat... 30 minutes goes by and my name was on the T.V. ... 2 hours until I will be seen.
If you really hate your job, find a new one. I know people can suck... but you are the very reason people hate Doctors on Duty.

poor management, one star is even too much for this facility. i walked in and log in their i pad thingy, got my text messages they sent and i showed up after waiting for four hours only to be told you were not in the system. what a joke.
