We always use Enterprise. I requested my family to be picked up. A team member contacted us to confirm pickup and took us all to the office!! It was a super smooth execution. We got the stroller, car seat, and beach toys in the truck in no time. Thanks

Busy weekend for Enterprise, because of the Laguna Seca races. They can through with a car for me. Was extremely pleased with the car that I was able to attain last minute, as well with the price of the rental. GREAT SERVICE. Will be going back to Enterprise

Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Renting with them reminded me why I rent with them. And I really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off at home. Whoever hires these people is doing a great job selecting people who are friendly, competent and totally on board with making everything easy for the customer.

I will NEVER use this Enterprise again. THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL. I called ahead to reserve a car for my boyfriends dad. I talked on the phone to a lady. She said the car we needed was available but she would give me a confirmation number to "RESERVE" the car. My boyfriends dad calls on his way to make sure the car is ready & to make sure everything was in order. They said "Yes, just give us 10 minutes to find the car". No problem. He was 10 minutes out anyways. He gets dropped off at the Enterprise. There is a guy ahead of him. THEY DON'T HAVE A CAR FOR EITHER PERSON. Apparently all of the vehicles on their lot are ALREADY rented! Even with a confirmation number AND us calling ahead to make sure, they still don't have a vehicle. So then he was like well I will take whatever you have. THEY WONT TAKE HIS DEBIT CARD without a Utility bill...would have been nice to know over the TWO phone calls. Nothing was mentioned. They said it was in the email. But I was at work so had just sent him a screen shot of the confirmation number so he could have it to pick up the car. Never had I thought to bring my UTILITY bill to go pick up a rental car. So my boyfriends dad (who doesn't have the best of health, & had already worked a full day) had to walk over a mile just to get to a restaurant to wait for me to pick him up after I got off work. Their employees need training not only on the actual business, but customer service. If we had known the car wasn't on site, we would have just gone to another site or would have gone with another company rather than wasting time & ending up with no car.
