The service was "ok" , the food itself was ok, but what really turned me off was not having utensils, condiments and having watered down soft drinks, it's like the staff didn't care. Needs much improvement especially on a Friday night.

Went here for lunch time at 12 it wasnt busy it took them almost 40 mins to give me my food. I had to take it home to eat cause the wait time took up my lunch time ill never come to this particular wingstop again.

Time and time again I have enjoyed the experiences I have had at wingstop. I have recently been in a debate with my girlfriend over who has the best wings. My favorite are wing stops boneless lemon pepper. 10/1 at 23:00 we decided to finally make the decision, so I took her to wingstop to try it out. Our cashier was Alejandra as we were waiting for our food a customer called in and his order was never fulfilled. The staff in the back seemed find humor in the situation. I got my food shortly after, the fries couldn't have been more cold and the wings tasted like they were left out and just reheated. We sent the fries back and they tasted like the just microwaved them for 30 seconds. Overall worst experience that I have ever had at any wingstop.

About my 4th time now going to this wingstop and I check my food EVERY time now before I leave bevause its been wrong 3 of those times. Went in tonight and bought to of the combos, and they didnt even tell us therewas no ice!! Like who wants to drink sods with no ice? I paid for it and they didnt mention it at all an just seemed to not care. Wing stop is so good just wish they could get it down for once.
