The manager there is very rude and unprofessional. I work as a manager over 15yrs of experience and now work with different clients every day. I understand very well how to treat our customers and my clients. The way how she talk it makes me really irritated. I believe in treat people how you want to be treated if you want your business to grow. I hope she will read this and learn from it!
