Thats hella sad i am a employee at another jack and i went to this jack in yhe bix to get food and the girl khloe at the drive thru was rude i showed her my employee card and she tried giving me a senior discount im 20 years old and then i asked her to fix it and she said what am i supposed to do about it like thats not cool .never treat a guest like that an employee or not

If i could I would give a 0..i.pulled to the drive thru they told me and my husband to wait 20 minutes. We ended up leaving. We came back with 25 minutes. They tols.us there system was down and we had to wait 20 minutes. My husband said you just told us that 25 minutes ago. They habe the excuse that there system was rebooting. My husband is a manager and knows the system they run. They were rude and when we tried to explain the situation they say said they were going to call the cops on us. We told them that they told us 20 minutes ago to come back then we asked for there name to do their survey they refused to give it up.they said they were going to refuse us service. We left drive thru and evaluated them and seen that they out fries on the fryer. When they notice that were watching them they went to go hide and disappeared. While we left the parking lot we seen a car in drive thru with there lights off. We left and went to another jack in the box. They gave us there full customer service. I got home and called the jack in the box on mchenry and asked them if there system was up and running they said yes that they are accepting cash. Then they said are you the one I refused service to then said there system is down and hung up on me. As for this jack in the box they are rude and do. It care about their customer they refused to give me their name so I can do their survey and they said they have no idea about a survey at the end of the receipt.

I had a problem with an order from mchenry site and the manager at the oakdale site was quick and happy to fix it. No problem.

My experience here staff might be friendly but they can't get an order rite. Especially the drive-through, we always get screwed through the drive-thru. My order, number 9 combo ultimate bacon cheeseburger no ketchup, no mail and extra onions. And added a couple of crunchy tacos. The amount of mustard put on my burger wasn't enough to fill up a regular mustard packet and my bacon was missing and my God damn crunchy tacos are ice cold. How can you serve ice cold f****** crunchy tacos. Simply put walk-in place your order and then dump everything out on the counter to make sure it is what you actually ordered. For me, I'm never coming back here again this is the 3rd time they f****** over. Three strikes you're out.
