I love this place. Staff is always friendly. Never had a issue wirh scheduling or appointments. My girls are happy when we walk in and after we leave.

Horrible place. I will be finding new dentist asap. They do not care about the kids at all. They put way to many kids on the schedule and then they fall behind and cancelled my child's appt that she had been waiting for it was for treatment not like it was just a routine check. The front office staff is very rude and act like they do not want to be there. This isn't the first issue I had. Last time my son was on their waiting list to get an appt before September. The girl said she would call me to get it set up. Well 1 week before they sent a text reminder of an appt I didn't even make which I would of taken happily but we were already going outta town. So I call and they really tols me they didnt make the appt without telling me and i said well yes she did. So then I say whatever we can cancel that. So my other lid had a routine appt and I said can we switch and have my son who needs treatment then and we can reschedule the routine because they are the same lengths of time. And they told me know just because that's how there schedule is. So I asked for a manager and all the sudden they had an opening for 3 days later. Just very annoying they don't even try and they have a bunch of attitude. Even the one dentist there is always just browsing the halls and seeming like everyone's wasting her time.

I have never dealt with such a difficult office and the front staff is very rude! Not to mention they charge an outrageous amount for sedation! I would stay away if I were you. I ended up finding an office in the bay area that is soooo worth the drive!

Very rude customer service while trying to make a appt for my son i had to reschedule due to work emergency and the lady at the desk gave me so much attitude and a lecture about it. When i asked her if she was going to reschedule or not because i was in a hurry she hung up on me, really? How rude! ill take my business somewhere else.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Most of the front desk "clerks" have no customer service skills (which you would think that it would be a requirement, since they work around kids especially). And on top of their crappy service (the main reason I went there is because they're close to my house) they ended up telling me that I could not take my oldest daughter there anymore due to a no show??? I have NO RECOLLECTION of that. They told me I could continue taking my youngest child there... UMMM NO THANK YOU. I'd rather drive to the bay area to get some good quality service, than to deal with disrespectful individuals that are only there for a pay check. Good riddance!!!
