I usually go on word of mouth, but am so glad I decided to take a leap on a company I found through a google search. Shanna was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She was able do the whole process over the phone. Very convenient during a big move. She was able to get our current policy cut almost in half while also offering us more coverage. I would recommend her to anyone looking into homeowners insurance.
