Agree Can not get anyone on the phone and the people in Biloxi don't really tell you anything but walk in between 8am-4pm and they should have a floating doctor available......... Today 27 Sept 2017 checked in to see specialist..NASTY and Dirty facility window A.C. unit in waiting room Lady that checked me in rude, I gave her my info she said checked in i turned to go to the waiting room when she said done. As I turn to go to the waiting room take a step she says you can now go to the waiting room" RUDE Lady unnecessary. Lied to about this appointment today not seeing a specialist just a nurse who wants to take pictures.....

As a disabled veteran, I waited over a month for an appointment. I made all the arrangements including cutting my hours at work early to go to a 1pm appointment. I arrived at 12:15. Walk-one were taken back before me. When I asked what's up, it took 3 people before somebody finally put it together that THEY were late for my appointment. Around 2pm I go back for vitals,etc,and their computer kept crashing. Then I'm told to go sit in eating room. A short time later, a lady comes out and says she apologizes, but they will have to reschedule me...another month! Are you kidding me?! My knee has endured serious pain for over a month just to get to be seen by a "primary care physician". Really? I have been to many VA medical centers and clinics across the U.S. and this one by far is the worst! Reckon will be having to make another trip to Biloxi to the ER tonight or tomorrow!😠

Although they're are a few genuinely nice people there, most are ride3. This includes some of the very people whose help you need. I took my father to a podiatrist appointment. When I went to check in, the woman sent us to that wrong waiting area, with an attitude. Someone else from another deptn noticed and helped. Had she not, we would have sat there and not be seen.

I have and tried to see if a certain doctor would be in on a certain day. I have to travel 65 miles each way. The phone in the doctors office doesn't work so I called the operator and waited 15 minutes while it rang still no answer. I do not want to make a 140 mile for nothing. Simple matter of answering the phone. You don't have to look hard to find rude people there.
