Pure Hell.This is a prison hospital, you're an inmate not a in-patient.I was screamed at and jerked around . I gave it a 1 just to post this. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL.

My brother had a deep cut in his ear and he was dripping blood and we waiting in the doctors office for hours and no one saw him. I recommend this hospital to no body!

On the third floor nurse he was a gentleman named Houston and nurse her name is Margaret I do not know their full names but they were absolutely wonderful nurses gave medications on time like they were supposed to constantly checked on me and did it with great bedside manner two thumbs up and made the best of my bad situation keep up the good work you guys

My daughter diagnosed with cancer just this past weekend. The staff on the 4th floor 4600 section is horrible. Especially the night staff. They seemed irritated if you asked them for anything. It took them to midnight to give my daughter a sponge bath; and then she bathed her with the same wipe she cleaned her bottom with and asked me did I want to put the same depend back on her that she removed before the bath. WE LEFT!!!!

RE: E.A. Roberts Alzheimer Center : I originally left a scathing review about the Administrator/Director of this facility. Since then, I have spoken to the NEW Director, Ms. Pauline Martin and my rating has gone from 1 star (program wouldn't let me do no star) to a 5 Star. I received immediate response to my complaint with apologies, emotional support, practical suggestions and willingness to work with us! Now that is what I expected in the first place. Kudos to Pauline Martin!
RE: E.A. Roberts Alzheimer Center : I originally left a scathing review about the Administrator/Director of this facility. Since then, I have spoken to the NEW Director, Ms. Pauline Martin and my rating has gone from 1 star (program wouldn't let me do no star) to a 5 Star. I received immediate response to my complaint with apologies, emotional support, practical suggestions and willingness to work with us! Now that is what I expected in the first place.
