Would not go to this place if my life depended on it. Told me I had to have a referral from a primary care before being seen? Its Sunday and I cant go to my primary care Dr. Was told by my primary care Dr if I needed to be seen out of his business hours to go here and they would send the referral the next business day. Not to mention the rude staff that made me out to be a lier when I told them what my primary care Dr said..

I have been here several times over the past 9yrs. Every time I went I had short wait time. Staff was capable of servicing my urgent care needs, when unable to get into regular PCP or specialist.

I have been here multiple times. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. All doctors and staff that I've dealt with have been wonderful and caring. They've been very helpful to me.

Traveling thru Mobile. Stopped to eat saw the UCof the South across the street. One of grandchildren had developed a sore throat. People nice but when we left they said they would call in the prescrption to Walmart. Went to Walmart and waited until it closed. No call was made. Next morn. Call UC and they said they forgot to call. SICK CHILD ALL NIGHT WITH FEVER. Very disappointed.

Dr. McDonald literally only cares about money and if you have insurance. The only reason I know his name is because the nurse, who was nice, wrote it down for me. He didn't introduce himself when he walked in and he just looked at me and walked right back out. Then he hide behind a desk while the nurse walked me out and he overcharged me. I'm a college student. By the by, they do not give student discounts and I am under the impression that if you do not have insurance or tons of money then you must be incompetent. . .even though I speak two languages and teach overseas. So yeah, he only cares about money and not your well being. Won't even introduce himself. Terrible. Possibly delightful if you have fantastic insurance but still makes him a terrible doctor simply based off of that fact. By the way, because he failed to care he misdiagnosed me and is expecting me to come back. Nope
