the staff is usually friendly and helpful, however in a recent visit the wait was too long. my son arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment and wasn't seen until around 10:am.

Staff was very friendly my child and I was very please! Great attitudes from front desk until I reach the dentist. I will recommend family and friends and will definitely visit again! With a staff like that I don't mind driving over an hour to visit thanks vital smiles staff!

My kids love this place. We have never had a negative visit. They are very busy and the wait is sometimes long but the people are wonderful.
