They don't even make the food in the building, they remicrowave it after it's been microwaved at a facility across town. The cheese fries is literally a square piece of american cheese thrown on top of fries, cheese only gets on the top fries. It's laden with grease, probably to help with the microwave thing, and the bread gets hard from microwaving it. This used to be a great place with real cheddar cheese that was shredded and was on all the cheese fries, but now it's so bad they should just close down and quit ripping missoulians off on premade microwaved, hard bread greasy hoagie with 1 slice of deli meat in it.

Food is over seasoned, greasy, and just disgusting. I know this is not health food bt it should be edible.

The Reserve St location is horrible! Both service and food are poor. Yesterday I ordered a Superchick and fries. It came with tartar sauce on it and there was a hair in my food. When I went up to complain the girl just shrugged her shoulders! No offer to make another one or refund me. I walked out and won't ever return.

Absolutely one of the best fast-food experiences in town, Hoagieville recreates the industry in its height both as a drive-in and as being relatively hand-crafted (compared to modern fast food corporations, anyways). They have a wide selection of tasty classics, but the dish to die for is definitely their fries. My favorite are the Hoagie Fries, well-made and covered with delicious seasoning; most people go a step further and get the ones covered in cheese.
The food is good and the chain is locally-owned, which inevitably means prices have inflated and it's no longer as cheap as any other fast-food joints. That being said, it's also significantly better than all of them and is definitely worth a shot. Man, those fries are good.
