I'd give negative 5 stars if possible. Me and 3 other family members booked a trip to Vietnam through the airline and got a much better deal than Spectrum tried to give us. However, we still needed our visas from Spectrum travel. First, Tammy Nguyễn spelled my name wrong and I had to pay $30 to fix her error. I reluctantly did so and paid to rush it. When we arrived at the airport, Delta noticed the dates were incorrect on 3 of 4 visas, showing they had expired and would not let us board. We lost a day of our trip and paid extra to fly out the very next day as we finally decided to simply get our visas in Vietnam when we landed in Saigon. They did everything at the airport and kept the incorrect visas. Upon returning Tammy Nguyen said they would NOT refund us and blamed us for not heckling the dates on all four. DO NOT GO HERE! SCAM
