I say this with confidence: this is the best hair salon in Minnesota, great skill, attention to detail, and the result is exactly as I envisioned it for myself. I recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.

I have been frequenting Salon Premiere for about 2 years. I couldn't be more pleased with Irina's expertise in color. I also have hair cuts and foil done . I frequently receive compliments on my color and hair style. Irina is professional and dependable and also flexible. Very happy to have found her!

I bought a groupon for Salon Premier Facial (60 minutes). I have tried a couple of different places around Minneapolis and can confidently say that this was my worst experience ever! Firstly, I had difficulty in finding the salon itself. After which, the lady at the front desk was really rude and apathetic. It almost felt like she was not in a mood to perform the procedure, even if I had taken an appointment 3 weeks in advance. The most surprising part was she never messaged my face. She kept putting lotions and face packs and kept wiping my face with a warm cloth! I was there for 40 minutes(was promised to get a 60 minute facial treatment) after which she said that the facial is done!
I would suggest people avoid this salon as far as possible.

Every 5 weeks for at least 6 years I've been having my hair cut, styled, colored, and highlighted by Irina. That should tell you how I feel about her work. Often, I've come in thinking my hair needs the "full treatment," and Irina's talked me out of it! That's integrity. If she thinks my hair only needs "freshening" she tells me so, and I just get a few foils, instead of a more expensive treatment she doesn't feel I need.
Some reviews have talked about Irina's personality. Look, Irina is a visual artist. She has opinions about what looks good and what doesn't. When I've come in with ideas for changes in color or style and she's always been honest with me about how she thinks they will or won't look, based my age, skin color, and hair health. That's exactly what I want from the person who's been doing hair for 20 years.
I have 100% confidence in Irina's skill and I welcome her opinions.

This is a wonderful place to get a haircut, I go there regularly, and I hear great things from women about Irina's skills when it comes to skin care, body wraps, and manicure/pedicure as well, because they love to show off their new nail color and how great their facial skin looks after getting it done at Irina's salon.
Irina is a very experienced professional, it's obvious. She actually takes the time to listen to you and understand what it is that what You want and then she just makes it a reality. She's intelligent, and she has a very good eye for color, style and detail in general. You can trust her, because she's very caring, and attentive, and she's just one of those people who have a gift and whose hands are just naturally created for this this type of work.
Also, as a special note: the place is VERY clean, and very nice and organized.
