Went there around 4 pm on a Friday. Seemed empty and as of nobody was working. I came in for some grips. I waited at the fitting counter for 20 min. Finally some passed by and said hi. That same person retuned back 15 mins later and approached Mr and said. What's up. I replied. I need some grips put on. He told me I'm way to busy for that. Leave them here I do them tomorrow.
His attitude was rude his comment of what up?? One of the worst experiences and display of sales and customer service. Get some people in there to work. You can see why people buy online. Yucko

If it was possible to give "zero" stars, that's what I would rate this store, based on the poor customer service rendered. I was there to purchase a new pair of new golf shoes for my husband as a gift. I had it picked out and ready to pay at the register. There was only one person working at the register and a phone call came in. He took call, never looked at me or greeted me, never excused himself...and with the call, walked away. I waited for 10 minutes...he never returned and no one else came to the front to check my order out. I got fed up...left the $160.00 shoes at the counter along with the protectant spray I was going to buy and walked out. I will not be going back to this store.

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff there to patiently answer any questions I have. Golf Galaxy has always been and will continue to be the golf store me!

Spent almost 500 bucks on a range finder and a chipping wedge, asked if I could hit some balls on the simulator and the sales guy looked at me like I was a bum off the street then started to complain how everyone just wants to use the simulator for free. What a joke will never be back to here nor anystore associated with golf galaxy.! Ill be taking my business to a store that appreciates their customers pga superstore!
