I would not recommend this particular Wendy's.
We used the drive thru and was given the wrong orders, after getting what I thought was the correct orders we quickly got on the freeway to head home to Rochester and enjoy the food, only to find out we did not get the bacon on the burgers and they basically were slopped together and the buns fell apart. Horrible waste of $15.00
They didn't give us a receipt in the bag or napkins so no luck for us to complain directly to Wendy's Home Office.

I go to this Wendy's at least 4 out of 7 days a week for their apple pecan chicken salad and I give them five stars. No establishment is perfect. You hire new people and you have to train them etc. What I am saying is they deserve the same respect and patience hat we want. Love my Wendy's on Broadway.

Food was good, fresh fries is the only plus!! Not the cleanest Wendy's, glad I didnt have to use restroom.Server forgot to give me back my change, and I ordered a side of extra pickles, they forgot. So I went back up to get them, cashier yelled that she needed them, a manager didnt help, just worried about his take out order as he was getting off of work. I never got the pickles. Its a stop I don't make too often.

Busy and central. Easy in and out. Neighborhood is depressing and low income. Some unwanted guests and disturbances but welcoming police presents

It took them 15 minutes to make our order. Customer service by the manager was good, but didn't make up for a 15 minute wait because "we're just waiting on the chicken".
