Im not the type of person to hate on a business, but the food i just seconds ago received from this place was not what i expected. To call themselves uncle franky is ridiculous. I was there probably 2 years ago and it top notch.. The potions,the making of, and the food alone was seriously was frfr an insult to uncle Franky in Chicago... I rate this place at the bottom of the food chain...

Best hot dog joint in the city! Detroit coney and cheese fries is my regular order. Italian beef sandwich is solid as well.

Wonderful! The best hot dogs I've had in my life. We stopped here out of sheer curiosity and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff is quirky and friendly, and the food is fantastic. Try the coleslaw dog, and a shake!

Although I had never been to Uncle Franky's upon entering I knew exactly what I was getting, you don't visit the kingdom without getting a look at the king so I ordered the Chicago Italian Beef sandwich with hot peppers and a side of fries. Dipped, naturally. I sat outside in a nice patio area and the two friendly women working brought out the order with ketchup and a fork, what else does a man need. The bread with perfectly dipped, not soggy and plenty of flavor. The beef has a kick of its own but the peppers provide the zing you're looking for. The fries were low key thicc cut and held a firm consistency. Plus the water bottle had a funny saying so props to that "Relish your weiner, use a condiment". All around fantastic experience, I'll be back for the dogs and the burger next time.

Love our neighborhood joint. Nordeast Franky's has a cool vibe as soon as you walk in the door. The old Chicago blues are always playing, the employees are nice and we've always gotten good service here. The food today was great as always. The new tots are a hit. Our large order was huge! The tots were expertly fried to a perfect golden brown crunch. Highly recommend this joint.
