We walked in and order on a Tuesday night around 8:30, a pizza and garlic sticks. There was one staff member there who was very helpful! He had our order done with in 15 minutes. The place is very laid back, music in the back was good, and the food is amazing!!

The worst customer service I've ever seen. We usually pick up and each time we pick up we have to meticulously check our order to ensure we get the extra dipping sauce we have to pay for and that our order is right. Not the end of the world.
But tonight we ordered delivery around 5:30. It was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes which we were really pleased with - until now. TWO hours later and no delivery and on top of that, nobody will answer the phone from the store. We've been calling for half an hour and it just rings for a solid minute until it hangs up on us. We can't even cancel our order to order somewhere more dependable OR change our order to pick up.
I cannot believe the store is completely unreachable and that there has been zero communication regarding the timing of our order.
The food is usually pretty good but jfc at what cost?
UPDATE: My husband finally drove to the location where a piece of paper was taped to the door saying that they were closed even though they were accepting orders online.

Very good for the price. Can't hate on a pizza this good for $9. It was done in time. Forgot the sauce I ordered online so just had to check and ask. Friendly. Clean. Ingredients were fresh. Not good the next day. Guessing dough or cheese is cheap. If you like dominos or pizza hut then this is better for same price.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas- when my husband got them home one of them was not at all what we ordered. I understand mix ups happen so we called and politely asked that the pizza we actually ordered & didn't receive then be delivered. We were told then we'd have to be charged a delivery fee. We said no way and then the only other option was a "refund" which was actually just store credit for a future order which we refused as we will never order here again for lack of customer service. It is not hard to double check a pizza order and if you mess up you should be willing to fix it. Ridiculous.
*Update- my husband had to take the time to drive back to get the pizza that we ordered since they wouldnt fix their mistake in any way. Just got a call from him that they messed up again and so he is now having to sit there and wait for a THIRD attempt at a stinking pizza as they put an open garlic butter (gross!?) in the box and it spilled all over the pizza. Pathetic. Employees are clearly not competent and managers clearly don't care about customer service.
