Today we joined friends for lunch at RT #2199, our server was #1286 Shanail. My wife And I each ordered a salad, I had the BBQ chicken salad And she had the chicken cob salad. Both were very sloppily made and the pita bread was dried out and tasted like cardboard. The service was very slow and after a long wait we asked another server to bring a refill of coffee !!! EMBARRASSING as we invited our friends to join us thinking we would have an enjoyable lunch !!!! This location is in the Rosedale Mall !!!!

I mean like... Are you in the mood for a weirdly high end salad bar? With fresh ingredients that are shockingly delicious? If so, Ruby Tuesday's is TOTALLY the correct choice.
I dunno man. It's basically bourgie Applebee's but hot damn is that salad bar fantastic. I've tried literally nothing else because I'm super into salad bars but that's just ME. Maybe every entree is a symphony of perfection or maybe it's garbage but seriously that salad bar is just straight up magical.
Try the raspberry lemonade! Dazzle at how great the pumpernickel croutons are and how they totally DON'T taste like pumpernickel. Or be exactly like me and eat a half pound of hard boiled eggs with bleu cheese dressing and artichoke hearts and bacon.
Alex was our server and he's awesome. I know it's ridiculous, but this was seriously my favorite dining experience in ages and I'm probably going to get a Ruby Tuesday's tattoo or something.

My visit was very nice. The waitress was very attentive. My steak was cooked perfectly.

Worst place I have been to. No server. We had to wait for the table to be cleaned. Wait for server. We were not told hi nice to serve you no specials told to us. We were seated just before 4pm. Waited for food that was bloody red raw...steaks. sent one back didn't get patoto. Took containers home so we could cook the meat. The manager tried to tack plate from child who was still eating. The grandmother raised her hand said no and she was told don't touch me. The waiting staff stood over in a corner talking the whole time. I heard others customers problems as well. worst service. Not recommend.

I have visited not only this specific location but many others as well through various states. My experience today was best described as a major disappointment. First my bartender/server was so wonderful and was working twice as hard as any of her co-workers. She did the best she could do when someone is stretched way too thin. I watched patrons bust dishes back to a standing server, long delays, lots of all the customer services things not done well...people having to ask for napkins, silverware, lack of condiments and out of one of the world's most regular types of booze any bar should have. The burger was cooked two levels more than was requested and not anything like a standard triple prime burger. Please keep my server and start over with the rest. And by the way the manager was only interested in making excuses as quickly as she could which added to the entire lack of customer service and poor experience.
