This place is always a great go to whenever you want to actually get great quality meat and other butcher items. They also have wonderful Bakery Goods which always had a spies my sweet tooth. Great prices, really friendly service, and of course amazing meat.

Everything from here is fantastic, best cuts of meat, unbelievable beef jerky!!!! And the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were in town for my daughter's softball tournament and wanted something fast and not greasy. I realized (after driving by) that Nelsons was locally owned, and we like supporting those smaller businesses so we thought we would check it out. The service was amazing, everyone was happy to be there and very helpful and attentive. We all ordered sandwhichs and were impressed by how fresh everything was. If we lived closer we would definitely be using this as a "go to" for lunch. Although we didn't try the butcher side of the establishment we did check out the meat cuts and they were impressive. If you're looking for a quick bite in a cozy establishment where you are made to feel welcome then you need to go to Nelsons.

We had Nelson's cater our son's graduation party. The chopped smoked brisket was amazing! Everyone loved it and they were asking where it was from. We also heard people were actually talking about it when they were chatting at other grad parties. The buns that came with the brisket were also excellent. So glad we found this place! We will be back!!
