Poor food and rude service. They will start asking you to leave while you are still eating and feel the need to remind you about tipping. There are many better options nearby.

This place is wonderful... IF you go when it's quiet and low traffic. We had lovely service and the waiters were fun and chatty! Our food was brought out quickly!

Fantastic, authentic food at reasonable prices. And they're open late, which is a godsend for second shift workers. We always order extra to take home for the next day.
I see complaints about the service. Yeah, it usually takes a few reminders before they remember to bring us sugar for our tea. And once we waited a pretty long time before we got our bill. But who cares? Both times they were busy (they've always been busy when we go there, regardless of time of day), and the food more than makes up for it. The staff have never been rude to us -- just a little swamped or forgetful at times.
Parking is located behind the building, in a lot sort of across from the tobacco shop, off Ontario St. There are reserved spots for Raising Cane's near the lot entrance, then spots for Hong Kong Noodle further in. It's free parking and we haven't yet had an issue finding a spot.

Absolutely atrocious service and food. Noodles were cold, drinks were never refilled, food took forever to come out, and there was a complete lack of hospitality. It seems like the owners of this establishment are more concerned about towing cars from their parking lot then they are about providing decent food and service. I had to run out mid-meal and argue with a wrecker driver that I was indeed eating in the restaurant and not elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. Their are much better noodle places in the Twin Cities.

I've been to this place for years. I usually order the seafood chow fun and/or the pepper baby squid. The style or quality seems to have shifted over the years -- I think it use to be better. However, the food is still quite tasty, maybe a little too oily for my taste now. I've experienced poor customer service to okay customer service here, but it was never great. It's a good late night option for Asian cuisine though.
