Used to place orders her often since I like their wing flavors. Will never again purchase from this place due to awful customer service.
Generally, I've had excellent experiences with their location. I usually order delivery, same few items. My complaint has to do with who answers their phones. I ordered my usual pizza and wings, delivery arrived 30 min late, which I understand. However, didn't have my order, apparently gave my order to someone else, again mistakes happen. However, tried to offer me what was left in his bag... which was one unknown pizza, which is far less than I ordered. I declined.
I called the store after, attendant was adamant on making sure I didn't accept whatever random pizza before anything else. The man on the phone was very condescending and assumed I took the bag leaving me ok, after dealing with this, I was only offered a repeat of my same order with one side item or a void of order. When I asked about a discount on the next order I was told no, and wasn't able to speak to manager. Looked up phone number, and re-dialed explicitly asking for manager, and was promptly put through, explained situation and was promised coupons and a voided order.
I understand mistakes happen, but trying to pressure me into taking a random pizza less than my order, then phone operator telling me only compensation is waiting further for an already late pizza is unacceptable!

Timely delivery= great.
Food= great (for Dominoes)
What I ordered= no. I wanted pepperoni/jalapeno/pineapple. Hopefully you can see the ONE pineapple. Otherwise great.

One crabby staff member, more gossip going on than pizza making, dirty hands, touching faces then touching dough. Most staff members were nice and the food still tasted fine. Never answered phone

I ordered a gluten free crust with spinach and mushrooms for a dietary reason and there was chicken on it. It was delicious with timely service but they don't respect dietary/allergy restrictions other than that 5 stars I just wish they didn't make me give them a minimum of one star
