CRAVE is fantastic. Service and Menu -- One of my favorite places to go in Mpls. I highly recommend CRAVE. PS in the summer the rooftop is the best place in town!

Went to CRAVE last evening before seeing Aladdin at the Orpheum. Our waitress Alex (Alexandra) was efficient, helpful and made our experience enjoyable. She was friendly, engaging and made us feel like we were her top priority. Hard to do with a full restaurant on an event night. Our food came out in record time so we were able to stay for dessert. I could not be happier with the ambience, friendly staff and attention to detail. This foodie was wowed and impressed. Well done CRAVE and staff, we will definitely be back!

Our experience on the roof was sub par. Nine dollar beers in dirty looking glasses, $15 cocktails, and over priced, but decent, food choices. We had to ask for service after sitting at a table for 15 minutes before being welcomed by the wait staff and then had to ask if our food was ready about 45 minutes after ordering two small dishes. We did not feel that this was an elite dining experience as we expected with the location and prices we were paying. Let it it be known if you sit on the roof to dine, you are paying a premium for nothing great. We won't be returning here, and we won't be recommending Crave to our friends. There are better choices our there!

Place was nasty!! We had a server named Jason who has terrible service from the start. Waited way too long to order, we were never really checked on, and had the bill with my payment sitting for him to take for over 20 minutes. Touching our food in the window, letting food fall and he placed it back on the plate, almost every plate of food we had I was hesitant to start eating. Sitting at the tables directly next to the bar and it smelt like old garbage. The cups for our drinks were dirty. It seemed like we were almost a burden to be there for him and we did not feel welcome. Finally to top it off, as he is bringing my card back, he drops it on the ground and doesn't even notice. I could of even picked it up myself before he was told that it was laying on the ground. Terrible atmosphere and will not be attending this place for any sorts of refreshments or food. Would NOT recommend!

Atmosphere is calm, good use of low lighting. Lots of seating, but doesnt takes away from it feeling cozy and personal/ intimate. Food is decently expensive, but i really like the happy hour there for food. Servers are pleasant and polite. Service is fast. Has a good view of the city and street below.
