The Burger is awesome! I heard about their burger and went in to try it and it really was as good as they say. Buttery rich and tender with white American cheese and a fresh bun. I didn't think it would be that good but I was pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely be heading back when I'm in town. Their house salad was also outstanding with a unique dragging. The place is busy so make a reservation or eat at the bar which still serves the burger and doesn't take reservations.

Best restaurant in Minneapolis.....having said that, brunch was just above average instead of awesome. Service is top notch, latte was excellent, presentation was awesome, but food was just good. Some items were a bit overcooked. The pancakes (which are unique) were a bit bland. Can't recommend this place enough - dinner is outstanding - but maybe take a pause on brunch.

If you are looking for top notch service with amazing ambiance then you must go here! Exclamation point for seriousness. Let me break down a few things for my opinion of an optimal experience.
1. The service is amazing. The service staff always seems like they genuinely care if you enjoy your meal. They are invisible when you are engrossed in conversation and appear when they sense you want them. They bent over backwards to accommodate myself and the people I was with every time I go there.
2. Based off previous comment, you probably wonder what kind of eating habits/person needs others to bend over backwards for them while eating. It isn't that bad but an example: All of their listed alcoholic drinks are 'sippers'. Putting my undeniable masculinity aside, I am more of a moscow mule kind of guy. Their bar staff love to make new things (and it is even listed as an option on the menu) where you just tell them what you like and they will try to make a new concoction for you.
3. They have an option to bring out food all at once or in waves. Definitely do the in waves option. They are smaller portions but it makes you really focus on each one.
This review is getting too long. In short, try it for yourself. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. (trust me I hate Octopus and even that was amazing).

This was an early "fancy food" place so people were excited about it. Now, it serves food that sounds fancy but no one has pre-tasted. The blue apron meals I make at home are WAY better. Never going back.

My boyfriend and I picked this spot to celebrate his birthday after reading several of the online reviews. The staff was super nice and friendly. However, shortly after ordering our drinks we were constantly swatting away fruit flies and bugs. It was making eating/drinking really unappetizing. I spoke with the manager and she apologized and placed us at a new table. It did get a little better, but we were still swatting them away. I really couldn't focus on our meal as much because I was constantly checking for bugs. It worries me that if there were that many of them in the dining room, how many are in the kitchen? I am very disappointed in this visit, but I was very grateful that the staff was kind. Maybe this restaurant won't be our first choice in the future.
