Once in a while they do some cool event, and teach young kids football and all sorts of stuff

There are a lot of kids here trying to enjoy themselves. The small childrens slide has a hole in it with tape and a board at the top of the slide. Dont these children deserve to have functional equipment in a proper amount of time? Its been like this for a month or so already. If it were in a different neighborhood I bet it would have been fixed already. The pool here doesnt get chemicals like its supposed to either. How can it be open without being tended to?
