This is viewable from Marshall Terrace Park. You won't be able to see anything after dark. The herons only nest in spring. Nice view of the river though, and you can fish from shore. You might catch catfish or perch or carp. Other kinds of fish are also caught here at times. You might also see a peregrine falcon flying around here.
