Was here for a music festival. It's a grass field in an industrial park. I'm not sure how you'd improve it or make it worse. It exists and has some good views.

Attended Wilco concert here, great smallish location for a concert, excellent view of the Minneapolis skyline. Wear appropriate footwear in case of rain!
