Paul and Greg are amazing. Greg was very helpful with all my questions and got me and amazing auto and rental ins policy. He even wrote me a hand written thank you card ( I was expecting the computer printed thank you version) and that made me feel like a valued customer.

Not very responsive. We've been with them for years and once in a blue moon, we need to make changes or have questions to the policy, we need to call 2-3 times before we hear back.
