Very good customer service and staff. Rooms are nice. Wish they renovated the bathtubs they're a bit squeaky and old.

The staff was very nice. The shuttle is a great service. The location to the university is perfect. The hotel needs a makeover, updated, remodel. I wouldn’t touch the carpet without socks or slippers. Not clean Great Staff

I was here with my family. We had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and our room was the best.

Room was very serviceable if all you need is a place to sleep. Bed was comfy, but room could stand a few minor updates for the price, such as new carpet and softer water. Staff was great and breakfast was pretty good food at the buffet and well stocked.

We were put up here by the apartment complex that we're moving into when they didn't finish construction on time and I've so far had a great time! The rooms were very clean upon arrival and they are decently sized. The breakfast is about what you'd expect at a place like this. Not great, but the coffee is hot so I'm not complaining! The hotel is very close to the University of Minnesota campus so there's lots going on nearby if you're okay with being surrounded by college students. Lots of restaurants, and TCF stadium is a block away. Overall, not the fanciest but it's clean and there's things to do around.
