I was referred to Dr Covin by Dr Heitner to look at abscessed tooth broken years ago in grade school. Over the years I had a couple restorations and root canals performed. Dr Covin assessed the condition of the front tooth, recommended a course of action and explained in great detail what was involved. He completed a bone graft and implant for my tooth. The results are perfect, the experience was perfect and I couldn't be happier. He is a true professional and perfectionist. He is excited about his work and helping his patients. Thanks for everything.

Dr. Hoover was very nice; however, I am not happy with my experience at this office. It was a waste of time and money. Ultimately, the process of being evaluated for a dental implant is a joke in which the only profit is to the Dentist. This office is not upfront with you that tooth implants are not covered by most insurance plans and that you will be charged for a Comprehensive Oral Exam. I was not told this and therefore was charged for being evaluated for a dental implant that costs over $5,000. If the office had been upfront that dental implants are NOT COVERED by insurance and seeing their specialist will cost you $140 to be told that you have to cover the entire cost yourself. I am annoyed at the hidden cost, But mostly, as a busy working mom - I am upset that I wasted my TIME - that is more valuable than my money! I plan to make sure that my dentist know that this referral was useless.

I was referred by my primary dentist to set up a consultation appointment with Dr. Covin. When I called in and spoke with the appointment secretary she explained to me that Dr. Covin unfortunately didn't accept my insurance plan but another doctor, Dr. Hoover did. Because of this information I decided to book my appointment with Dr. Hoover. Once there in the clinic they assessed my situation with a minor exam and 3D x-ray. Keep in mind I booked this appointment as a consultation and was told that my insurance was accepted. Dr. Hoover and his staff were very nice and welcoming. I actually had a good first visit and left feeling satisfied with our conversation. A few weeks later I received a bill from their office for $450. My insurance didn't cover any of their charges! I felt I was mislead to believe that the services would be covered under my insurance as that's why ultimately decided to go with Dr. Hoover. I was never told upfront the cost of my exam and x-ray when there at the office. I hope this is a cautionary tail that helps someone ask more questions when accepting a service through this place of business.

What a lovely man! Reminded me of my dentist I had growing up and I loved going to see him. Dr. Covin made sure I understood the procedure we were contemplating and wanted me to be aware of the options and the costs before we decide anything. His staff was friendly and everyone seemed to care very much about the patients. I'll have to thank my dentist for referring me to Dr. Covin.
