Obscenely overpriced since the new ownership and remodel. A bottle of liquor that costs $19.95 at other places is $24.95 at Hum's. Plus you get panhandlers and gutterpunx greeting you at the door. Later.

Hums has always been great, and the 2017 renovations make the store look INCREDIBLE! I quote the longtime hums employee by saying, "It's like the liquor store went to the mall! At night, it looks like a little city."

Hums Liquor has been an amazing find! New to Minneapolis, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming! They made my fiancee and I feel like locals within our first visit. Ray is their resident beer connoisseur, and he is incredible! He has a fantastic knowledge about local and national beers! We will definitely be regulars from now on.
