We brought our cat in to be checked because he wasn't doing well and they were very compassionate and trustworthy with our animal. Amazing staff.thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr Berg helped us this time around. I'm no novice to middle of the night trips. She was so kind, empathetic, and thorough! She made me feel at ease enough to leave my baby in her hands. This place is amazing, and I would recommend it (and have recommended it) to everyone.

Words can not describe our families gratefulness for the treatment Daisee received from 24 Hour Animal hospital. After
receiving devastating news from a vet by our home, we googled 24 hour care and you appeared! Your excellent staff did not give up on Daisee and now she is back at home and the center of our lives.
Thank you again for not
giving up on her and loving her like we do….

Today I took my 8 year old (otherwise healthy) cat in for what I thought was something that could be an extreme issue with his digestive system. He was in extremely rough shape as we rushed him in at 6 am. We were admitted very quickly, but his vitals were obviously slipping. A veterinarian (or vet tech?) came out of the room every few minutes to get our approval (once for a tube in his throat to help him breathe, another time to administer epinephrine). My dear pet finally succumb to what I was told to be cardiac arrest most likely the result of heart disease. After having lost him we were given time to say our good-bye which was interrupted TWICE. Once by a man giving DISGUSTINGLY graphic details of the things they did to save our cat, another time by a technician pushing for memorial and cremation services they provide. After having our private time with our cherished family member we went to close out for our services, where we were told "animal pick up is today for cremation services." (Thanks for the sincerity.) We were teary eyed and just signed on the line. Hours later, I looked at the itemized bill. The diagnosis and after-hours bill totalled almost $200, which we expected. The drugs and medical supplies totalled about $75. The cremation service was just over $100 for our cat. All understandable charges. However, we were charged $211.20 for "CPR, Closed Chest

Never heard of this place until my daughter's Guinea pig had an abscess on her nose and this was the only facility who has a vet who treats exotic animals that's 24 hours. The entire staff I encountered was caring, gentle and so kind. Could not be happier with the service. Yes, the bill was expensive but that was to be expected as it is an emergency facility.
