Owner speaks rudely about customers in native language, overcharges purposely, & does a poor job on nails & services. I've left with bleeding cuticles a few times. Don't waste your money.

The worse nail salon I have ever gone too!! The woman was so rude and annoying! I have never experience such rude workers and the only thing I got from it was a chipped nail after two days. I came in there and the lady kept changing the price on my nails every time I asked. my nails were so disgusting I wish I could get back that hour and 30 bucks I spent. Don't waste your time or money with this place! Horrible customer services giving them one star was kind of me. No wonder this place was empty the whole time.

I dearly entered inside the nails and "spa" and I am a residence from Boston. I wanted to experience good customer service and to relax and enjoy a beautiful day getting my nails done. But unfortunately a lady by the name of "Hong" was in her worse behavior, did not give me a proper pedicure didn't even clean my toe nails and proceeded to paint my nails over the existing old nail polish that I've had on. Then had the audacity to rudely take off my sandals and toss them across the room because I politely asked her to re-do my toes as it should've been done. WORSE PLACE IVE EVER GONE !!! I advice not to go to this place to get your nails done !!

I love this place. They are very friendly and do a great job. I won't go anywhere else. Good/reasonable prices also.
