Honestly so-so.I went for my first appointment and all was fine then after going in for my touch up half of my lashes fell out by the next day. Kind of terrible if you spend $300 and two weeks later you only have half a set. Not going back.Update: they comped a refill session and reached out to me. Great customer service.

Amazing staff, professional hairstylists, dedicated ownership. They really care about each client and make you feel welcome time and time again.

I went here because the girl I go to worked here for a bit. The prices were OUTRAGEOUS. I have NEVER paid so much to get my hair done (and I've lived on the east coast). I've been to artists who have done work for Chanel for fashion week. I wish it would've worked out but I literally Gawked at my $200 without tip haircut and color.
Oh and the one guy that works there gives me weird vibes. He's interesting...

I've been a client of this salon for 5+ years. I take advantage of their Novalash services. I literally will not go anywhere else.
I've been getting fills every 2 weeks long enough to have gone through 3 novalash technicians and they've all been fabulous. The pricing is reasonable and the technique superior to other salons (and I've tried them all).
The staff is always friendly and courteous, the environment is warm and the salon is not only spotless but there are fresh flowers in every corner.
They came through for me when I needed a hair/makeup session in a pinch, two staff members came in on their day off to help me in an unexpected situation.
I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my lashes as they are expensive. I am not one to waste my time or money.
The fact that I live 32 miles from the salon should be as much of a ringing endorsement as any words I could write.
I can't recommend them enough.

Rude and discourteous staff. Outrageous prices and cold environment! It's not good business to disrespect your clientele...your competition is enormous...
