I really enjoyed the float. It was very relaxing, but I wish they had emphasized using the ear plugs. My sister didn't use them at all, but I did. After our float she started experiencing popping in her ears. The salt was recrystallizing in her ears. She went to the doctor with an ear infection and was given ear drops to try to remove the salt that formed in her middle ear. I wore the ear plugs and days later I have a mild ear infection due to the salt.
The float was fabulous and I'll go again but I'm jamming those ear plugs in there better next time.

A very beautiful and peaceful place. I loved the pod and the room. The halo (pillow) was really comfortable to use. They provide ear plugs. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner they provide smells wonderful. I like that there is a room to get your hair and face done back up after your float. Complete with blow dryers, hair strighteners, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc...
Give it a try!!!

I had always wanted to try floating, and the $45 special was a great reason to do it now! It was very clean and the decor was hip and modern. I felt welcome. I got to try one of the pools, as opposed to a pod, so the water was cooler than I expected, and the room itself was hot and steamy. I was expecting body temperature water. I turned off both the pool light and the music, which was suggested to me as a first timer, and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the light switch when the time was up, because it is so dark inside. Thankfully, the lights and music turned on automatically at the end! I used the pillow and the earplugs. It felt like I was in suspended animation, because I was supported so evenly all over. I did meditation while in it, and the time kind of flew by. It was relaxing and I can't wait to get family and friends to try it. The price is steep, but it will definitely be a once a year indulgence for me.
