The only major downside to shi chai is that it doesn't serve alcohol. Otherwise the food is delicious as is the hooka. The service there is the best I have ever received at a hooka lounge as is the quality they provide

Prefect balance between chill and classy with very reasonable prices. Great food, great hookah, and awesome tea selection.

Was great when it first opened. The service still seems alright, but charging $7 for a shawarma wrap IN A FLOUR TORTILLA is absolutely unacceptable. Be warned: the "milk shakes" have nothing close to milk or ice cream in them (the waiter said they were non-dairy, when I complained about the texture, but the menu does not.)

food is good, but i think the server did not give all our change back...it was short.

Amazing decor and environment. Personable staff, and amazing hookah. If you are ever in the Milwaukee area looking for a lounge. Look no further.
