Pizza and salad were good. I do wish they served more than just personal sized pizzas. I would be more likely to return of they did. Several tables were dirty....and I saw why after... They took plates from the tables but did not wipe the tables after. Cashier was friendly. Seating is upstairs and is self serve for drinks.

Pizza is fine but they upcharge for substitutions of similarly priced toppings. Service is poor. Would not come back.

Delivery 30 min late. Sizes weren't listed on the website. Pizzas weren't even 9" across when they finally arrived.
Taste 3/5; not good enough to justify $40+ for 3 tiny little pizzas. I expected more from a Bartalotta restaraunt.

Went in and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pasta dishes for dine-in. After receiving the pizzas we alerted the server we were still waiting for our pasta... She then said that they were making it and it would be right up... 10 minutes later ONE bowl of pasta comes ... We ask the server where the other bowl of pasta is and she said "They are making it right now!"... (Mind you this is 30 minutes now after we ordered)... 15 more minutes go by and after attempting multiple times to get the attention of employees (who were all sitting together laughing eating and drinking soda on the other end of the restaurant ignoring us) we finally had to get up and go downstairs to the front cashier and ask again where our second bowl of pasta was... 2 minutes later it was delivered to our table (49 MINUTES AFTER WE ORDERED) and the server literally just dropped it and ran away. By this point I was so frustrated that I didn't want to even eat the food and the rest of my group had been finished eating for 20 minutes now...
I am not one to normally fill out negative reviews as I work in customer service and know how important surveys are... HOWEVER... the customer service here is extremely lacking.
This entire experience could have been turned around by a genuine apology. "I'm Sorry" goes a long way...
