Fantastic time. The musicians were amazing. Service could have been a lot better.

Went there for a wedding after party in June 2016 on a Saturday night. This was an overpriced dead bar with a terrible show. Here's why:
I had stopped by ahead of time to make reservations, good interaction. 11PM we get there, bar is a quarter full and they're demanding cover when they don't even have anyone inside. So I had to fork over 50 bucks to keep things moving. Bar service was slow, had one bartender on staff that evening who couldn't keep track of who had been waiting. Table service was terrible too and drinks were super watered down.
Worst was the musicians. They demanded $10+ per song, with an empty bar. What a joke! When lower bids ($3-4) came in, they flat refused to play. And the songs they did play, they rarely finished, made the audience sing 90% of the song, or flat out didn't know the words. I've never been to a piano bar where they would play "Piano Man" for free twice (so overplayed) in one evening and throw out Ben Folds or 90s pop songs. Their song choices were low energy, old, and pretty bland. Just unimpressive compared to literally every other dueling piano bar I've been to.

1* for the management and service. I met up early in the evening with some clients here, and I brought them a bag of hamburgers from their favorite joint as a surprise, not realizing Lucille's has a grill as well. The manager told us we had to leave for bringing in outside food (we had already ordered and been served our drinks). I begged him not to kick us out because I was with clients. He told us we had to go sit in the arcade area away from the restaurant/entertainment area to eat. My mistake for not realizing they served food, but I did show up with several folks and bought drinks, so I was hoping for a pass. I guess not. Very embarrassing, big fail.
The entertainment is fantastic. These guys seemingly know every song under the sun, and singing and playing that often is no small feat. I'd love to bring friends and clients to enjoy the show on a regular basis, but it just isn't a welcoming environment.

4 stars for the atmosphere and the pianos and music. It was very fun and all had a fantastic time.
3 stars for the initial service at the door said we didn't have a table cause we didn't put our cover on a credit card but the person gave us an option to pay at the door. They found us a seat so that was good.
2 for who ever our server was. They never showed up.
5+ stars for the beautiful young lady who did eventually take care of us. She was fantastic and made up for the wait we endured. They were very busy so it's understandable.

Went here for a Bachelorette party. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but knew the bride would love the pianos. We were seated right away after arriving a few minutes early. The hostess took our drink orders, and we asked for her to take our food orders (especially after reading reviews saying that the food took awhile). She let us know our waiters name, but we did not see him until our food was ready (around 30 minutes). When our food was brought to us it was missing the sides that we ordered, and getting them took 10-25 minutes. Keep in mind this is before the pianos even started. When he came back we ordered a fishbowl but did not receive it until an hour later. a few of the tables around us were served quickly, while our waiter was no where to be found. We ended up going to the bar and ordering our drinks (thinking he had forgotten about us or left!) and 15 minutes after we sat down, he came by with our drinks. When cleaning up our table later he spilled a drink on two of the bridesmaids. The food was not very good, but then again you don't go to a piano bar for the food. Most of us started feeling gross after we ate. The drinks were sugary and VERY WATERED down. After a few 'shots' and drinks no was was the least bit intoxicated.
The only nice thing about our night was the pianos. The men were extremely funny and energetic. The crowd was decent, nothing like their promo video! But maybe the lack of alcohol in the drinks had something to do with that.
The only way I would go back is if the service changed and the food and drinks were better.
