Food is really good if they make it right. Their customer service has lost its charm. Understanding that the restaurant has gone through trying to find good management, employees, and even lost its original owner. Good franchise, but it’s a tough location that has lost its great reputation.

Tried the 3 meat combo. Brisket was dry and so.was pork. Employees were very nice. Not a place I would go back for bbq.

Grate Food. From Texas! Kick ass barbecue and chicken I have been there more than once it worth it to order and pick up. I drive all the way to.MILWAUKEE!

Beef brisket was very good with added sweet sauce, but original or spicy would be ok as well. Potato casserole was too cool & not hot.. baked beans were hot though.

I had Dickies' BBQ pit cater my Mom's Birthday party. The behind the scenes service was excellent. Easy to plan and price. The Delivery Buffet includes plates, silverware and SERVING UTENSILS. They bring your food and set it up. That being said, the food was just as delicious and fresh as if you ordered it the restaurant itself. Everyone raved about the food and my guests were old school "make everything from scratch yourself" types. I was BEYOND pleased. Dickies will be my go to place in the future for larger and smaller crowds! Thanx to Connor the manager who was helpful and patient throughout.
