Gotta say I've visited this dq everyday since the cotton candy blizzard came out for the summer it's to die for I'm addicted to them lol jk I even got the cotton candy blizzard cake for us we ate the whole thing in 2 days..
The service is super great I'd give them 10 stars!!! The gentleman who runs this DQ is very nice and polite it's always great when there service is as great as the ice cream :)

Customer service was horrible... I pulled up with a few friends and didn't get any response so I politely said "hello?" After a few good seconds of me being there, I instantly was greeted back with a "are you in a rush?" With a very rude tone to his voice. I did not want any ice cream after that then proceeded to pull away. The disrespect was surprising

Today I was looking for a lovely dessert, and I pulled up to Dairy Queen super excited to get some delicious ice cream. As i arrive to the drive-thru I was shocked with the amount of disrespect I received. I waited by the microphone for a minute, therefor I proceeded to say “hello”. Seconds after I received a very rude response, “are you in a rush?”. I was sitting there in disbelief that he actually said that to me. After being greeted like that I didn’t even want to get a dessert anymore and drove away.

Stopped here on our way home from the zoo. They do not carry the same selections as other DQs (not even chocolate ice cream). The staff was not at all friendly. The one employee gave us unwelcoming looks the entire time. When we mentioned that they forgot part of our order (a dipped cone), they made it so the ice cream would clearly fall out of the cone. It was very awkward and would definitely not go back.

The young man working the close shift on 5/28 was so nice! He stayed open to make us our order even after we said never mind because we didn't realize they closed at 10. Then another customer walked up after he turned the open sign OFF and barked his order at the young man. The young man made that guys order also! Great guy!
