Wish I could give this ZERO stars! The manager has no type of customer service skills. Called in my order to be told in 15 minutes it would be ready. Husband gets there to be told they have missing items from what I ordered. They have to run and buy it. Why would you not inform the customer before they come to pick it up??!! Should have been given a discount for the inconvenience to make up for waiting an extra 15 min. The manager replied with “I’ll lose money.” He’s going to lose customers now and that will be more money in the end! I’m sick of the lack of customer service now a days and then you wonder why you lose business!

Called the health department on them after we returned nasty food and I watched them put it back into the same bowl for serving to others. GROSS!!!

Food is okay, delivery is horrible. Have ordered several times and the wait time is rediqulous but they have always taken 2h to deliver. I live 5m from them by car and my food still takes this long. No explanation and nothing offered for this unbelievably bad service. Do not waste your time.
