Great authentic Mexican food, cocktails and service. Nice taco Tuesday deals. I like the funky decor and space too. The back room gets cold in the winter though.

I was very excited when Cafe Corazon opened to have a Mexican place in the neighborhood. The food is good, the place is nice, they have a great patio. The drinks seem pretty pricey. A mason jar of margaritas is outrageous. I dunno. I like it.

I stumbled upon this place while trying to find food. I got a wet burrito and it was amazing! I got the lunch portion and it was huge for the price. I got it with ground beet and it was full of flavor and did not disappoint. I ate the entire thing, which was a huge feat. I will definitely return to try the margs.

This is by far one of my most favorite places to eat in the Riverwest area. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, prices are not bad, and the service isn't over-bearing so you can enjoy your meal, but they certainly take time to explain things to you and tend to your needs. Everything on the menu is delicious, but I'm quite partial to the Wet Burrito which is ENORMOUS, so be prepared to make room for some tasty leftovers in your fridge!
Downsides of this location is the space; it is pretty cramped and I always feel like I'm rubbing shoulders with the other customers. I would recommend going before dinner hour if you can to avoid waiting for seating and finding parking. Like the entire neighborhood there is only street parking on narrow roads.

Cafe Corazon- what a great addition to the Milwaukee! You can't go wrong eating a few tacos and the Super Quesadilla was delicious. The chips and different salsas are also a great compliment. My only complaint is that it takes a pretty long time for you to get your food- especially if there's a line.
