These people are some of the most unprofessional sacks of garbage that I've EVER dealt with. They are constantly changing my monthly insurance payment, and when I needed them to send my insurance I.D. cards to me, the individual who identified himself and the "Co-owner" told me to go to hell, and stated that "he was in charge". I never received my cards, nor did I receive my finalizing paperwork, which caused my insurance to lapse, driving my future premiums through the roof. I anyone asks me for a good insurance company, these scrubs will NOT be on the list. They fumbled every detail of my plan, couldn't figure out anything in a timely manner, if at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is an office full of lazy people who don't understand their jobs. Although I have only dealt with one agent, and the "Co-owner", I'm going to put a "Dunce" stamp on this entire office.
