Awful customer service on the phone. When retrieving a customers active policy on their behalf, I was told I needed to put my request in via fax because the representative "didn't know who he was speaking with" - I asked him if I was able to put this in writing email, and his response was "Fax is faster"
Very rude. I do not recommend working with someone with this demeanor!

Had a question about my policy thought it was a little more money than what we initially had talked about. just wanted some reassurance as I was confused. Jack was EXTREMELY rude saying he could switch me back to the old insurance and I could pay $600 more if I wanted to and just being very rude, not a good way to handle customer relations. I found a better rate and went in to cancel my policy and he confronted me in the office I told him I was switching only because he was being very rude on the phone, he laughed in my face and made a huge scene in the office yelling about how he was not rude and that I should also take my homeowners policy and switch. I don't pay a large premium to be treated so poorly. If this is how you run business no wonder I never see anybody else there. This place is a JOKE!
